I like dark fic but this was way darker than I was picturing. Trigger warnings all over the place including child abuse, sexual abuse of a child (pretty much almost on page), rape, murder of children, and our protagonist is a twelve year old serial killer.

Ruwanda is raised by a sociopathic mother, endures a lot of abuse, ends up in an orphanage and from there he goes on a murder spree. THat's all this book is, how sociopathic Ruwanda is and ends with him being picked up to work for a Fagan of assassins.

It's not what I was expecting. It sure as hell isn't something I want to spend money on. I only gave it the second star because the art is nice.
